The first phase consisted of the widening of Crowchild Trail to 6 lanes and the construction of new interchanges at Brisebois Drive/40th Avenue NW, Northland Drive and 53rd Street NW.
The third is the ramp from Crowchild to Shaganappi Trail and the fourth is the ramp from Northland Drive heading to Shaganappi.
Crowchild Trail and all ramps have received their final layer of asphalt.

Going southbound on Crowchild Trail just past McMahon, down the hill where the speedlimit is reduced from 70 to 60, Cops regularily are at the 2nd set of lights nabbing people over 70 or so.
On Barlow Trail north of the airport exit.
On Memorial Dr going East, after Crowchild Tr the speed limit increases to 70 only to drop back down to 50 at 19 St. The police park their car at the 14 St exit.

This Stage starts at the end of 10th Avenue just west of the Pumphouse Theatre and Crowchild Trail.
One way to get to the start of Stage 2 is to take 10th Avenue west under Crowchild Trail to the parking lot just west of Crowchild Trail.
