  CTRL: The Conspiracy Theory Research List
My personal take is that there is a definite group of "baddies" that move through various organizations at differing times and locales, similar to the plans which Adam Wieshaupt outlined in the Illuminati papers, which were seized by the Bavarian Government.
Hopefully CTRL can pull on the resources of the many to help us all understand and make use of that understanding to meet the future head on.
I believe that we are in a time when all shall be made known, and I believe it behooves us to understand the methods of propaganda that are being used against our body politic.

And the Ctrl and Shift keys now can be used for Windows object selection - press Ctrl and tap several icons in Windows Explorer, for instance, and all of the icons are selected together - and...
On a desktop PC, of course, you'd probably be holding the keys down with one hand while using the mouse, then you'd let go.
So you could select dozens of files one by one using the Ctrl trick, for instance, but Ctrl would switch itself off when you pause.

Sarah, Regardless of whether the CAPSL key can be turned into the CTRL key, you might also consider using the capsl (turned into a shift type key) for those WordStar keys -- this is what I've done -- and my fingers don't know the difference from the CP/M WordStar configuration!
There are at least severe tradeoffs in using ctrl-f and ctlr-a for this -- if it indeed can be done -- because the common Windows legacy weighs so much on them.
I used > the old WordStar "diamond" figuration where CTRL s was back a space, CTRL > f was forward one word.
