 Angola Provinces
I showed Kwanza as an obsolete spelling of Cuanza, but it still seems to occur quite commonly.
I will assume that they were recently transferred from Cuanza Norte to Bengo, and the maps haven't caught up yet.
Between 1951 and 1967, Benguela was split into Benguela, Cuanza Sul, and Huambo; Bié was split into Bié-Cuando Cubango and Moxico; Huíla was split into Moçâmedes and Huíla; Congo was split into Cuanza Norte, Uíge and Zaire; and Malange was split into Lunda and Malange.

Angolan police originally arrested Mussamo, formerly chief editor of the Cuanza Norte provincial branch of the Angolan National Radio (RNA) and a correspondent for the biweekly Folha 8, on December 2, 1999.
After his arrest, Mussamo was held for over three months in deplorable conditions in a Cuanza Norte penitentiary.
Mussamo eventually posted bail and was released from prison around March 16, on condition that he not leave Cuanza Norte or resume his professional activities, CPJ's sources say.

New York, March 29, 2000--- Angolan journalist Andre Domigos Mussamo, formerly chief editor of the Cuanza Norte provincial branch of the Angolan National Radio and a correspondent for the biweekly Folha 8, posted bail and was released from prison around March 16, sources in Angola told CPJ.
Meanwhile, he cannot leave Cuanza Norte Province or resume his professional activities, CPJ sources say.
Angolan police arrested Mussamo in the Cuanza Norte capital, N'Dalatando, on December 2, 1999, in connection with an unpublished article in which he referred to a confidential letter written by the provincial governor to Angolan president José Eduardo Dos Santos.

Angola's health ministry says it is finding cases of Marburg virus in places other than the northern province of Uige, where it broke out.
Cases have appeared in Luanda Province, in Cuanza Norte Province next to it, and in neighboring Zaire's Kabinda Province.
But vice health minister Jose Van Dunem says all known cases are among those who have visited Uige and so far no transmission has occurred among people outside that area.
