	Cubley village in Derbyshire England
		Cubley in Derbyshire, is a quiet little village, situated on the old Roman road, called Long Lane, about 6 miles west of Derby.
		In 1871 the village school in Cubley had 100 pupils but in 1960 it closed down through a lack of them.
		The village is famous as being the birth place of Michael Johnson, father of Samuel Johnson, the famous lexicographer.

	Eagle Broadband dismisses Dean Cubley - Boston.com
		Cubley, the company's co-founder and former chief executive, was dismissed by a unanimous vote of the board during a special meeting on Sept. 15, the company said in a regulatory filing.
		The company said Cubley filed a lawsuit against Eagle Broadband for nonpayment of a $2.3 million note issued to him in 2003, according to a regulatory filing from March 2005.
		The company claims Cubley wrongfully induced the board to approve the issuance of the note.

		This view of Penistone's vinegar brewery, on the right of Mortimer Road, was taken from Chapel lane and looks Southward, towards Cubley.

		Frank Loa Cubley, donor of the Cubley Cup which is awarded to the class having the highest percentage of returning graduates at reunions, was a member of the Class of 1897 at the University of Rochester.
