Culinary Concerts was asked by Yale University to serve Earl Spencer and dignitaries at a fl tie, four-course, eighty-five person dinner at the Yale Center for British Art in celebration of a collection of paintings the Spencer family has loaned for the exhibit entitled "Painted Ladies".
