That river is beautiful, powerful, and dangerous, so be careful on it; I see alot of people posting on here about it these days.
We eddied out on river left and bushwhacked our way through the shrubs to scout the first drop, which lead to having to scout the second and third.
The water was ricocheting off a rock on river left and shooting from left to right in front of the drop.

Many citizens in Macon County were against the building of an asphalt plant in a flood plain, a residential area and next to the Cullasaja River.
The neighbors complained about the sharp, loud noises caused by the dropping of the truck’s tailgates very early in the morning and all day, but were told it was “too expensive” to put rubber bumpers to deaden the noise.
Also, many other residents across the Cullasaja River and around the plant, complained of the terrible non-stop noises from the plant all day causing both health problems and the inability to stay outdoors during the plant’s working hours.

Armstrong and his wife, full-time RV residents, were staying at a campground along the Cullasaja River until the river lapped the back of their motor home.
Downstream from the campgrounds, the Cullasaja River washed out a new sewer line that travels across the river near Wells Grove Road.
