 Lipan Apache
The Castro Family History of the LIPAN APACHE Band of Texas The word Apache means, "People of the Mountains," the word Lipan means, "Warriors of the Mountains." However, to the Lipan Apache Band of Texas, they called themselves the "Tindi," which means the above mentioned in their Native language.
The "Castro, "surname was that of a rich Spanish land baron had taken the lands belonging to the Lipan Apache Band of Texas and settled it in the name of progress.
Cuelga de Castro was born in the Lipan Apache Band Village on the river banks between the San Saba and Colorado Rivers Texas.

Huntington is essentially saying that America must never abandon its original set of 16th century Anglo-Protestant values: and this "back to the roots" mode implies no immigration, protecting the English language and no secularism.
Huntington, a professor of government at Harvard, has built a half-a-century career out of pitting the "good" (us) against "evil" (them) to the benefit of his American-ruling elite employers.

The Herpetology Division and its collection of amphibians and reptiles is one of the research units of the Texas Natural History Collections in the Texas Memorial Museum at the University of Texas at Austin.

Evidence of the prehistoric Caddo culture that flourished between A.D. 1000 and 1600 has also been found in the area; the earliest Spanish explorers encountered the remnants of that culture during their first forays into the region.

Texas AandM University's Committee for the Awareness of Mexican American Culture will host the Rio Bravo Ballet, an elaborate display of the performing arts in Latino culture, Feb. 9 at 7 p.m.
The Ballet depicts life among indigenous people from early Spanish settlements to modern Texas, telling the stories of the inhabitants of both sides of El Rio Bravo, or the Rio Grande.
The Rio Bravo Ballet, composed of five suites of dance, music and theater, is performed by two vocalists, 16 dancers, a seven-piece Mariachi group and a five-piece Tejano band.
