I like Paramuk, too, but Cung Le is carrying an extra thirty pounds and he is a very, very good fighter.
Paramuk is probably a better fighter than Le in some respects; I'd wager that he's got more power from his kicks pound for pound for example, but I don't think he could hurt Le.

Believe me, I wish he COULD punch and kick as well as the K-1 regulars, because I study san shou, which is Cung Le's style and I'd be thrilled if someone from my corner of martial arts were in this game.
From what I've seen, Cung Le's student, Rudi Ott would be a better choice for K-1.
If Cung Lee was 6'4 230 he would be an amazing K-1 fighter, unfortunetly he is 5'10 180, and that spells death in the heavyweight division.
