Condensed cutting is a technique that is used by few(I have found) but is very effective in layering and keeping body as well as achieving close to perfect balance.
I thought a condensed hair cut would be for example the original shag where you would pull all the hair up in a pony tail and cut it off in one movement.
when my hair was cut with this technique my hair layed perfect...and only took 10 minutes to fix.....and people all over commented on how great my hair looked.
