		His Excellency Dr. Sir Cuthbert Montraville Sebastian (born 1921) is the Governor-General of St.
		He studied at Mount Allison University, New Brunswick and Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia to became a surgeon.
		In 2005 the College of Arms bestowed on Sir Cuthbert his personal Coat of Arms.
