Cybergrind (also referred to as e-Grind, Digital Grindcore or Digigrind) is a form of grindcore that, aside from the instruments used by ordinary grind, uses computer generated sounds and/or drum machines and other synthetic instruments.
Typical bands in the genre are lightning fast with shorter songs, usually under 2 minutes and sometimes use samples.
The bands Libido Airbag (early), Gånglîå, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, Gigantic Brain, Intestinal Infection, Lightning War, BWAHCK, Stress Related, Intense Soaked Cloth, Dataclast, and Microphallus are all examples of cybergrind.

This mix is a tribute to bands that haven't gotten caught up in the current fad of hyphenated subgenres and still know how to write a song that does nothing more than rock my face off.
Tenacious D and Andrew W.K. in particular are a combo that I'd never thought of before but which seem completely inevitable

Ex-Mortification guitarist Michael Carlisle resurfaced years later to form Cybergrind, with a sound not unlike early Mortification, death metal thrash with plenty of broken glass gargling vocals to satisfy even the most finiky of death metal heads.
