So it is farewell to Cyril Fletcher (1913- 2005).His career was in the theatre and radio and latterly in TV but he did appear in at least 3 films in the 1940s.
Yes,it is sad that Cyril Fletcher has left us,he was by far the best thing about That's Life.
However,ironically,in the Daily Mail Answers to Correspondence column,someone referred to him as the late Cyril Fletcher and the newspaper later had to issue an apology saying Mr Fletcher was still alive!
