Cyrus Bolooki: New Found Glory was founded by a group of guys who wanted to play music that they all enjoyed and wanted to take that music and bring it out to anyone and everyone they could and we’re still doing that.
Cyrus Bolooki: After the changing of the drummers, which is what brought me into the band, I think everyone felt like that was New Found Glory and the lineup we had from that day was really the main and real lineup of NFG.

Cyrus: You know, it's to that point where we can play a show and throw out sticks and chances are somebody is going to catch that stick.

Cyrus Bolooki and the rest of New Found Glory balk at the term "departure" - even though it keeps cropping up to describe the Florida quintet's fifth album, Coming Home.
A case in point: When Pundik was having a hard time recording some of his vocals for the acoustic-oriented song "Too Good to Be" in the record company's state of the art studio, Panunzio rolled "several thousand dollars' worth of equipment" across the street to an abandoned warehouse.
Bolooki says he and his bandmates figure that's advisable given "Coming Home's" somewhat different sound.

What's the story, New Found Glory? - Entertainment
Twenty-something's Chad Gilbert, Jordan Pundik, Ian Grushka, Steve Klein, and Cyrus Bolooki have been relentlessly touring the United States and Europe, first on the Warped Tour bill, then later opening up for punk-pop trio Blink 182.
"I have so much respect for him," Bolooki said, adding that some of his favorite shows were when NFG toured with Blink.
According to Bolooki, the worst thing an audience can do is call New Found Glory "sellouts" or form an opinion of the band without doing research, but overall he has found fans to be somewhat respectful and fun.
