		Czluchow was preparing to celebrate its City Days, a tradition in Poland where for one week each year every city honors its history with a festival.
		For myself, that practically the entire town of Czluchow came and received the mercy of Lord Caitanya was a source of great astonishment and wonder.

		Major Friedrich Wilhelm Kasiski (29 November 1805–22 May 1881) was a Prussian infantry officer, cryptographer and archeologist.
		Kasiski was born in Schlochau, West Prussia (now Czluchow, Poland).
		Kasiski enlisted in East Prussia's 33rd Infantry Regiment on 20 March 1823 at the age of 17.

		At the opening, the Polish minister of the interior, Krzysztof Janik, who made a special trip for this event, was shown the functions and benefits of direct radiocommunications between police, firefighters, rescue services and control center.
		The emergency telephones enable direct and immediate contact with the control center where the rescue teams and emergency services are instantly coordinated via TETRA.

		Both Latalskis were advocates of the new Lutheran faith and did a lot in the area to promote the faith.
