		DEST advised the ANAO that it expects the revised methodology to be implemented by the end of the third quarter 2003.
		DEST is reviewing the charters of the Corporate IT Committee and the Information and Business Technology Committee to ensure that, through their distinct and complementary roles, the Committees continue to provide an effective contribution to IT and e-Business governance in the Department.

	KZ Mauthausen-GUSEN Brief Histroy
		DEST claims reduction of fees as a company founded by the RFSS and Chief of German Police in the Reich Ministry of the Interior to employ concentration camp inmates.
		DEST directors are subordinated to camp commandants by SS-Obergruppenfuehrer Pohl.
		DEST is already renting 800 square meters of underground plant area to Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG at Gusen (750 additional square meters were made available in early January 1945 and further 1,500 square meters in early February 1945).

	KZ Mauthausen-GUSEN DEST
		DEST also operated the brick manufacturing plants at Sachsenhausen and Buchenwald, and the stone-quarries at Flossenbuerg, Natzweiler, as well as Gross-Rosen where DEST also exploited concentration camp inmates to make some of the profits to finance the SS in general.
		Between 1940 and 1945 this administrational center was a key-organization between the "Wirtschaftsverwaltungshauptamt (WHVA)" of the SS in Berlin and the concentration camps at Mauthausen and Gusen.
		DEST was also very proud in those years to operate the biggest stone-crusher on the European continent at KZ Gusen.
