  USS BUSH-SHORT HISTORY
Bush was killed by a musket shot to his face as he prepared a contingent of Marines for potential boarding of the GUERRIERE.
After leaving Leyte on March 27, 1945, the BUSH steamed to her first stint of duty on Number 1, a Picket Station which was located 51 miles north of Okinawa.
During this time, the BUSH was employed as an inner and outer transport area screening ship and had several opportunities to train her guns at Jap installations in support of the American land advance.

 DDL --TRG (True Republican Governance)
Its vacuous arguments against DD and its repetitious and thinly argued assertions that the people are not ready for DD at the US national level are unsound and tiring.
The omission also opened DD to many baseless objections, including the lack of agenda-setting, deliberation, and amendment procedures for I&R proposals -- all of which exist in civil society without citizen institutions, but which would be greatly enhanced with citizen institutions.
The fact that stateless corporatism and war criminal Bush are willing to unconstitutionally wage a murdering war of aggression and torture to gain profits and power should allow us to shut them down with criminal prosecutions -- without giving them a second thought.

New Questions about Bush's Military Service - America's Debate
The August 1973 document, dated as Bush was preparing to leave Texas to attend the Harvard Business School, represents the first apparent evidence of an attempt to embellish Bush's service record as his time in the Guard neared its end.
Added Korb: ''For the commanding officer to suggest that his [Bush's] evaluation be sugar-coated is a clear indication of the political influence Bush had." Korb said the alleged suggestion by Staudt was also a ''violation of military ethics." An effort by the Globe last night to reach Staudt was unsuccessful.
Bush sneaked past a war his father helped perpetrate (GHW Bush, U.S. ambassador to the U.N. 1971-1973, as we expanded the war into Cambodia); Kerry served, came home, and told America that the war was wrong.

Over the past year, Bush’s military poses have been contrived to convince the American public that he is a National Security President.
While George W. Bush supported the Vietnam War, his contribution was to enlist in a nepotistic unit of the Texas National Air Guard, which, short of World War III, was guaranteed never to see military action.
Even if Bush was never charged with being AWOL it certainly appears tthat he was indeed AWOL> I suppose it not a big shock that he would be charged.
