		DDA boundaries were amended in 2004 to shrink the proposed size of the DDA District which were approved unanimously by the Village Council.
		The DDA district consists of properties primarily zoned and used for business on either side of Main Street from Second Street to the railroad tracks, the property between Third Street and the railroad tracks and two parcels west of Morrice road parallel to the railroad tracks.

		Called the DDA for short the Act is a fairly far reaching piece of legislation, although many disabled people say it doesn’t go nearly far enough.
