	Big Band Society
		The Big Band Society is a non-profit organization interested in fostering the continuation of Big Band music.
		The Society is the sponsor of an annual jazz band competition at Chantilly High School in Virginia and awards scholarships to students to study music.
		Every year in March, the Society sponsors a battle of the high school bands at Chantilly High School, where individual scholarship money is awarded by The Big Band Society to three high school seniors who have been selected from the competition by renowned adjudicators.
