		A few years later living in the midwest I would tune to a New Orleans station, they had a late-night show called "Bleeker Street." Had a DJ with a whispery voice who would play Hendrix and all sorts of rock songs I'd have never been introduced to otherwise.
		Even as a small child in the late 50's I pretended to be a dj with my record player at home.
