	Definition of DNA motif
		A sequence motif is a nucleotide or amino-acid sequence pattern that is widespread and has, or is conjectured to have, a biological significance.
		When a sequence motif appears in the exon of a gene, it may encode the "structural motif" of a protein; that is a stereotypical element of the overall structure of the protein.
		Short coding motifs, which appear to lack secondary structure, include those that label proteins for delivery to particular parts of a cell, or mark them for phosphorylation.

	CORBIN: Y-chromosome DNA Surname Project
		This DNA project is based on STR (short tandem repeat) testing of the male Y-chromosome.
		Test results consist of numbers which represent the counts of the number of times a DNA segment is duplicated at a given marker (location).
		There is another form of Y-chromosome DNA testing called SNP testing — the acronym stands for "single nucleotide polymorphism" and is pronounced as a single word, "snip." Results of SNP testing are expressed as + or - (positive or negative) to indicate the presence or absence of a particular mutation.
