	Steuerberaterverband Westfalen-Lippe e.V.
		Der Deutsche Steuerberaterverband (DStV) antwortete durch Schreiben vom 5.2.2002 auf ein Antwortschreiben des Leiters der Steuerabteilung des Bundesministeriums der Finanzen, MinDir Gerhard Juchum, vom 4.
		Mit dem oben genannten Schreiben drückte der DStV seine Verwunderung über diese Argumentation aus und verwies dazu auf die Stellungnahme der Bundesregierung (BT-DS 297/00) in der zugegeben wird, dass die alte Abzugsregelung wenig positive Effekte, dafür aber ein zeit- und verwaltungsaufwendiges Verfahren ausgelöst hatte.
		Dies lehnt der DStV ab, weil sich der Leistungserbringer dadurch nicht auf die Beschränkungen einstellen konnte und die Regelung damit einer Rückwirkung gleichkommt.

		Auch die geplanten strengeren Anforderungen an eine Rechnung und das damit verbundene gesteigerte Risiko eines Vorsteuerabzugsverbots sind aus Sicht des DStV abzulehnen.
		Bereits unwesentliche Fehler bei den Angaben gehen voll zu Lasten des Rechungsempfängers, da ihm in solchen Fällen der Vorsteuerabzug versagt wird.

		I have a unix script which just downloads the file at night monthly and copies to the DB and the n rebuilds the db at night.
		If you are still willing to write a PC proggy to do the xml conversion - this would help alot - seems the earlier series of db's have probs in doing the conversions.
		I would prefer to watch DSTV on my Dreambox rather than the 990 receiver.

		Auf eine Anfrage des DStV haben verschiedene Bankenverbände geäußert, dass seitens der Kreditwirtschaft die Umstellung der Rechnungslegung kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen auf internationale Rechnungslegungsstandards nicht vorangetrieben werde.
		Der DStV hatte sich mit der Frage an die Bankenverbände gewandt, ob die Banken künftig dennoch die Vorlage von IAS/IFRS - Abschlüssen von allen Unternehmen fordern würden.
		Eine weitere Frage war, ob nach IAS/IFRS bilanzierende Unternehmen bessere Konditionen oder eine bessere Ratingeinstufung erhalten, weil der Eigenkapitalausweis in einem IFRS - Abschluss systembedingt höher ausfällt.
