Moyola Park FC - News November 2004
Just when it looked that both teams would settle for a draw Damien O’Kane was forced to handle the ball in the area and following his dismissal Gary Duke scored from the spot.
The most entertaining moment of the game came just a few minutes from the end when substitute Chris Larkin made a neat turn and from twelve yards rocketed a shot off the underside of the visitors’ crossbar which bounced on the line before being steered to safety.
Alan Campbell’s Barn United as expected proved to be a well-organised side.

 Equilibrium
Rotting on the shelf for over a year, Equilibrium has the moxie to use a puppy to facilitate a key change, an evil Damien-kid as a central conflict, and a series of disturbingly fey faux-martial arts as its centrepiece action sequences.
Pulling scenes entire from Blade Runner, Citizen Kane, and The Matrix while pulling philosophies entire from--yes, I was surprised, too--Gymkata, Equilibrium is another Dimension genre film made for no money that stinks a lot like Gary Fleder's excrescent Impostor from earlier this year, though it somehow manages to be considerably funnier.
So in the future it seems that emotion has been outlawed--a strange thing for though the characters in the film appear to experience jealousy, anger, pride, and sadness, the audience is imbued with a majestic feeling of sleepy unconcern.

Damien O’Kane thundered the ball against the Armagh City crossbar in the 22nd minute of the opening half with Armagh City keeper Paul Rice stranded.
The home side failed to take advantage of a strong tail wind in the opening half and despite enjoying considerable possession the nearest they came to scoring was when Andy Brown hit an upright just before the interval.
In the dying minutes following a foul by McAlea the latter received a second yellow card and in a melee near the dugouts Armagh City manager Colin Malone sought retribution by striking out at Moyola Park’s Thomas Duffy out of sight of referee David Bryan.
