09-20-2004, 11:28 PM I agree that McIntosh is good, and MUCH better than Smith, but I think he's a savior only if the offense currently gives less effort because it believes that even its best efforts will be undermined by Smith's poor play.
If that's the case, and if THEY believe McIntosh is much better than Smith, you could see a collective surge in effort and intensity by the offense when McIntosh is inserted.
