The 'Bellona' Class 74-gun Third Rate HMS DRAGON was built at Deptford Dockyard and launched in March 1760.
The most recent ship to bear the name DRAGON was a 'Danae' Class light cruiser built by Scott's S.B. and E. Co. Ltd of Greenock.
She served with the 1st Light Cruiser Squadron, Atlantic Fleet from 1919 to 1924, taking part in the Empire Cruise of 1923-24, and was in the Mediterranean with 1st C.S. from 1925 to 1929.

HMS LONDON - 'County' Class Cruiser of the same Group as SUSSEXbut was extensively rebuilt between 1938-41 when the entire upperworks was replaced by a new superstructure generally similar to the ' Fiji' Class, the ship now having two funnels only.
This class was a repeat of the 'L' Class, but the whole Group was armed as designed with three MK XX 4.7" gun mountings.
She was present at the sinking of the BISMARCK and it was chiefly her fire which battered that vessel to a wreck.

The British had the Furious class Aircraft carrier in 1919 and Coueages class carrier in 1928 The British also had the Hermese class in 1923 and Eagle class carier in 1920, and Argus class carrier in 1918 and dont forget the Vindictive class which was commisioned in 1918 as well.
Battleships: Note in OTL Some of these classes were decommed and scrapped but since there is no Washington Naval treaty I will keep a few of these classes.
The United States (frankly no one) has no designs approaching that, and won't until the Yorktown class laid down in the '34 (top of the line carrier), which the USA would not be exporting to Europe in any case.
