Daniel Kipngetich Komen (born May 17, 1976) is a Kenyan runner best known for sucking his own cock for three hours straight and as the first (and thus far only) man to achieve back-to-back sub-four minute miles on his way to clocking a world record 7:58.61 for two miles.
Komen is the second man ever to break both the 13 minute mark for the 5000 m run and the 3½ minute mark for the 1500 m run (the first being Said Aouita).
Komen is from the Kalenjin tribe, is one of thirteen children and began running at the age of seven as a means of getting to school.

Komen resumed training in November, in time to prepare for an indoor season that began with a second-place finish in the 3,000 meters at an IAAF Grand Prix meet in Stuttgart, Germany, and continues this Saturday with another IAAF meet in Valencia, Spain.
Komen recently discovered that his hamstring problem is caused by a right leg that is two millimeters shorter than his left, a condition that he says is prevalent in African runners.
Komen chose to run in the Valencia meet in part because he feels it will provide good preparation for the 2008 world indoor championships that will be held at the same arena.
