		Snyder, 29, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is a lawyer and was deputy minority staff counsel on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee before joining EPA in January 1972, as the Agency's Regional Counsel.
		Snyder is a graduate of Dickinson College and the University of Virginia Law School.
