		You say gimped druid, but that leads me to think that u are stereo-typing druids as old men with a wooden staff, who have spent their lives in isolation studying magic and histories and lore.
		Druids can be young men and women or they can be old, there is no restriction there, and the younger, less experianced druids should not be condemned to practising magic in isolated areas with no contact to the outside.

		While some may say it would be immersion killing if too many druids joined the dark elves, for example, I say that it would actually aid immersion, as the manpower of various sides in wars and other things tied to factions could be dynamic.
