Listening to "Dark Side Of The Spoon," which by the way, is a sly reference to their common pastime, drug-taking, you would not believe that they used to produce music that was in the same league with dance music popsters like Human League and Thompson Twins.
Suffice it to say that nothing on this album is vaguely understandable until track number five, "Step," where you finally hear discernible words in the form of a cry for help from the lead vocalist Alain Jourgensen.
