		Within a giant space-freighter (not the one they think he is in) Palpatine is being tortured by Darth Dooku (under the supervision of the absolutely badass General Grievous).
		Obi fights Sidius some more, as well as some moron in a blue suit with white balls all over it (I think it will be Grievous some day- none of the voice work for him was done, though, so I can’t really tell) and escapes from the ship.
		Sidius begins taunting him, telling him he has killed Obiwan, and using the anguish of this lie to turn Anakin to the dark side.

		Were they going to make an exception, or was it understood that one of them would have to die, and/or did Sidius and Vader both think they would get over on the other one and have Luke as their apprentice.
		It was Vaders idea in the 1st place to recruit Luke, but like I said the rules are there can only be TWO Siths, so Sidius and Vader both knew one of them had to go, or were they going to make an exception this one time.
		Darth Sidius is a new guy in the 3rd movie.

		Whether he becomes Darth Tyranus in RotS I can't say as I won't be seeing it for another hour or so.But it's certainly not Darth Sidius who Yoda has the lightsabre dual with at the end of AotC.
		I think you misunderstood me but it was Count Dooku who was Darth Tyranus and Palpatine was Darth Sidious, who Yoda was fighting in the trailers.

		Reportedly, Hayden Christensen was annoyed that he had to play a "whiny teenager" in Episode II as opposed to the all-powerful Darth Vader.
		Lucas responded by saying that he's supposed to be a "whiny teenager," and he'll just have to wait until Episode III to be Darth Vader.
