	Dartos
		In males it is termed tunica dartos and lies beneath the skin of the scrotum.
		The dartos muscle works in conjunction with the cremasteric muscle to raise the testis but should not be confused with the cremasteric reflex.
		In older males the dartos muscle loses its tone, and tends to cause the scrotum to be smoother and to hang down further.

		Like the scrotal dartos, of which it is a direct prolongation, the peripenic muscle is composed of unstriped fibers which form an incomplete investment of the penis from its base to the extremity of the prepuce.

	Overactive Dartos?
		I have looked into this this issue on the internet, and was unable to find a case exactly to mine.
		The closest relating info I could find is with the Dartos muscle, or relating muscles, used to contract the scrotum.
		I know it is normal for a scrotum to contract and relax to regulate temperature.
