David Nizaam Baksh (born 26 July 1980 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is the lead guitarist and singer of heavy metal/reggae band Brown Brigade.
Baksh was born to Canadian East Indian immigrants from Guyana.
Baksh joined Sum 41 as the third member, after Deryck Whibley and Steve Jocz formed the band in the summer of 1996.

Whibley continues to reassure fans that although there will be a change in the group, it will not have any affect on the group's music or creative sound.

Dave baksh actually plays the damn guitar, he plays 'riffs' and he plays 'lead lines' very new concept to such modernish music.
I went with Dave, anyone doubting his amazing songwriting/playing ability should buy their first (half hour of power) and their latest (chuck) albums.
Also, apart from the offspring, it was sum41 who got me into real music, and i admire them for that...whatever, dave is a brilliant guitarist...
