From the Student Government Association to the state Capitol, Dave Mills ('02), former SGA president, is seeking the Democratic Party nomination for the 26th District of Virginia's House of Delegates.
Mills moved to Harrisonburg in 1997 from Orlando, Fla. In 2002, he graduated from JMU with a bachelor of arts degree in political science.
According to Spritz, Mills is "overwhelmingly proud" of JMU students for taking a stand against Mark Obenshain and the rest of the board, which stopped the distribution of emergency contraception pills at the University Health Center.

Following a solid rookie season in the winter of 1979, Dave came into his own as a sophomore with strong performances at every meet and capping the season with a silver medal in the 1500m and a gold medal on the Distance Medley Relay at the 1980 OUA Championships at York.
Dave loved the chase and is best known for running down his opponents, particularly when running the anchor leg on the 4x800m Relay.
Dave was recognized by his teammates as the 1983 men’s team MVP - most valuable performer - winning the Murray McNie Trophy.

Mills, a 1960 Eastern High graduate who retired in recent years as a physical education teacher for the school, coached the Lancers’ football team for 26 years and guided them to the Class L football title in 1988, the lone official state crown won by a Bristol scholastic football team.

Thanks, Dave P.S. Our investigation so far has shown that Windows systems such as 2000 and XP have an "Internet Time" feature which is usually configured to send SNTP requests to the Microsoft server "time.windows.com", but this server can be changed.
Since this issue is more significant than the typical customer support inquiry, I also sent it directly to some Netgear employees (whose email addresses were culled from the web) asking them to communicate it to the proper people in engineering and/or to have someone contact me by phone or email.

The War Department believed their use in trench-warfare would be invaluable and an engineer and designer named William Mills, of Birmingham was asked to look at improving both the mechanism and means of manufacture.
Mills redesigned the grenade to make it safer and more efficient, and decided to manufacture it by casting.
