David Chappelle: Book David Chappelle For Concerts and Events Worldwide - Entertainment Booking Agency.
Although Chappelle might have been done with filming the show, Comedy Central had reported that they were to release the un-aired sketches of the third season of Chappelle's Show into a couple of half hour episodes in mid-2006.
Dave Chappelle himself, however, has expressed disdain at the possibility of his material from the unfinished third season being aired, saying not only does he feel that it is "a bully move", but also that he would not return to the show if Comedy Central were to air the unfinished material.
Chappelle toured several cities in February and March 2006 to promote the film under the moniker "Block Party All-Stars featuring Dave Chappelle." The movie was released on March 3, 2006.

Dave Chappelle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
David Chappelle (born August 24, 1973 in Washington, D.C.) is an American comedian, actor, and social commentator.
Chappelle began playing comedy clubs in Washington when he was 14 years old, while studying acting and literary media at the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
In that performance, Chappelle and the executives of the show's nameless television network satirized the treatment that scriptwriters and show creators are subject to, as well as the executives' knee-jerk stereotyping when it comes to race.

Chappelle's on-air persona is calm and almost sleepy, but it's a demeanor that will unexpectedly pop with energy; the sketches seem to burst out of his angry subconscious, even if it's an anger that's only skin deep.
Chappelle also makes use of the freedoms of cable; the n-word was mouthed so often in the sketch that it became aural wallpaper.
Chappelle's approach is less cerebral - he's intrigued by the tension between fls and whites, and it fires up his free-floating insolence.

For those who don't know, Dave Chappelle is a stand-up comic from the NY area who's always been a regular on Late Night With Conan O'Brien.

The commentary is a bit lacking as David Chappelle and co-creator Neal Brennan don't really know what to say.
