  The Grahams
William de Graham, the first recorded of that name, was granted land around Dalkieth and Abercorn in Midlothian and appears as a witness on David I’s charter of 1128 founding the Abbey of Holyroodhouse.
Lord Graham, chief of the Clan, had been created Earl of Montrose in 1504 but had died with the rest of the Scottish nobility around their king James IV on Flodden field in 1513.
In 1660, when Charles II was restored to the throne, David Graham of Gorthie took his kinsman’s head off its spike and had the other remains gathered together for honorable burial in the Montrose Aisle of St. Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh.

Graham had been always described by his friends and neighbors in Mansfield, Texas as a "perfect gentleman" who was a battalion commander for Mansfield High School's Junior ROTC program.
However, conversely, Graham's defense could try to convince jurors that some of the excerpts suggest that Graham was trying to protect Zamora and that he may have been upset about possibly going to jail for her.
She even boasts that Graham "was not about to say no to me." Ultimately, in deciding Graham's case, jurors may have to decide who was the dominant partner in the Graham-Zamora relationship.

 George Graham Reviews David Knopfler
David Knopfler's new album The Giver is an exceptionally fine record, carrying on the tradition of Dire Straits, the band he and his brother Mark founded in the mid 1970s.
But David, on his new album, his first in several years, proves that he is the equal of his brother in terms of writing and arranging sophisticated, moody rock.
David Knopfler may not be the best singer, but neither is his brother, and that has not stopped Dire Straits from creating some memorable music.

During deliberations, jurors asked for crime scene photos of Adrianne Jones, blown-up replicas of Graham's confession and the Texas statute regarding confessions, post-arrest letters that Graham wrote to his Zamora and his friend John Green, a map of the area where Jones' body was found, and a copy of Green's testimony.
Graham's confession was the key evidence at his trial.

Graham, with Yale Medical School and John Hopkins on his resume, has made himself highly unpopular among pharmaceutical firms like Merck and Pfizer and their cronies inside the FDA by exposing the cozy relationship between the drug companies, the politicians in Washington, and the top brass at the FDA.
It is common knowledge that not only did Merck and Pfizer knew that Cox-2 drugs had serious side effects on the heart, even the FDA did nothing to stop the injuries, that are now estimated to be at least 140,000 in the United States alone.
