		Lowman tries to show that the MAGIC code played a major role in the U.S. government decision to incarcerate the entire West Coast Japanese-American community in 1942 because of U.S. military and security concerns of Japanese-American espionage and sabotage.
		I thought that it was unfair for the U.S. government to actually do this because I have heard that German Americans and aliens were also detained or convicted for doing the same thing.
		There were German American spy's at least trying to infiltrate the US, but the (or one) action failed horribly and the were all caught, imprisoned and one part got the death penalty, the rest got sentencend to 15+ years.
