Saint Paul composer David Wolff is wrapping up his residency with the Veterans Memorial Park project in Hutchinson, Minn. The new work, "No End Save Victory," is currently being rehearsed by the Hutchinson High School concert and marching bands in preparation for the May 9th spring concert and the May 27th Memorial Day ceremonies.
Wolff and the students discussed the process of writing music for a specific community and the research behind the new work.
