		Yow originally played bass guitar, then switched to singing before Scratch Acid relocated to Chicago, Illinois.
		When that group dissolved, Yow co-founded a new group, The Jesus Lizard, which is now defunct.

		I’m a big fan of both Shellac and the Jesus Lizard, and this pairing of David Yow and the band as the Sex Pistols at a 1998 Halloween show isn’t exactly what I would have expected, but here it is with terrible audio quality intact.
		Of course Yow ended up losing all his clothes, cutting his head open, and ended up getting blood all over me, after holding me in a headlock during one of their songs.
		I Googled around, and found that David Yow was in an (I’m guessing) independent film called “Walls in the City” in ‘94.
