		Baca County is a county located in the U.S. state of Colorado.
		Baca County was created by the Colorado legislature on April 16, 1889 out of the eastern portions of Las Animas County.
		In the county the population is spread out with 24.50% under the age of 18, 5.90% from 18 to 24, 22.70% from 25 to 44, 24.50% from 45 to 64, and 22.40% who are 65 years of age or older.
