 | | To determine if your stone needs to be sealed, spill some water onto it and see if, after a couple of minutes or less, the areas where the water has been dwelling have (temporarily) become any darker. |
 | | Most people over here expect their stone to look like brand-new all the time, and any "change" is not considered "aging", but a damage that needs to be rectified. |
 | | If you apply an impregnator/sealer in the stone you will not solve your problem one bit: in fact the sealer will only prevent liquids from being absorbed by the stone (which in the case of fl honed granite is an unlikely event to begin with), not the staining of its surface. |
