		However (just to add another factor, and I don't know how much you know about this or how it plays down in the formula), I have heard that St. Thomas has been changing dramatically since Dean Butterworth (former AG of Florida) took over, and that the school's reputation has improved a lot as a result.
		Things may be changing with the new Dean, but St. Thomas is still at Tier 4.
