 | | On a military campaign, making Death more likely, either by issuing Reckless Bravery numbers of a set value (e.g., Reckless +3) or by threshold (e.g., Reckless to a 10), nets you a +1 to personal outcomes for every pip by which you make Death more likely. |
 | | Also, if your Death Number is less than 12, say 9, then rolling a tie (9, for this example) gets you Dicing With Death; rolling higher (10, 11 or 12, in this example) kills the character outright, albeit likely in a fit of bravery and with a shot at posthumous honors. |
