		It reaffirmed that literacy for all was at the heart of the notion of basic education for all, and that creating literate environments was essential to eradicating poverty, achieving gender equity and ensuring sustainable development.
		On 4 December 2006, the General Assembly again stated that the objective of the International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non-violence for the Children of the World is to further strengthen the global movement for a culture of peace (resolution 61/45).
		The Assembly proclaimed the International Decade in 1998, following the observance of the International Year for the Culture of Peace in 2000 (resolution 53/25 of 10 November). It invited non-governmental organizations, religious bodies and groups, educational institutions, artists and the media to support the Decade for the benefit of every child of the world.

		Throughout the performance, the show remains utterly violent (it must’ve been great to attend Slayer shows at the time, and it probably still is), the audience delirious, and the performances possessed, despite a few slips in Araya’s vocals (which are covered up by their unholy racket).
		Decade of Aggression Live lives up to its promise, then adds some more, and is an excellent introduction to Slayer’s brutal brand of metal that constantly threatens to collapse under its own immensity, but never does.
		After a while, however, I noticed that the aggression was also its most interesting aspect and that it covered up the fact that it just doesn’t have the first-rate song-writing of the previous three albums.

		I can't help to draw references from this release to Slayer's live album from 1991 "Decade Of Aggression", a double live album recorded at different venues during a tour, by a band on the top of their career, which have had an amazing impact on the metal scene, is Slipknot the Slayer of this decade?
		Now we only have to wait and see if time will make this album as legendary as "Decade Of Aggression".
