		Decile cutoffs are determined each year by ranking all NYSE firms on the basis of market value (shares outstanding times share price) determined on last day of the prior calendar year (December 31 of year t-1).
		For each decile, the standard error of the average monthly return, which is given in parentheses, is the standard deviation of the 180 monthly averages.
		As a consequence, the slope of the estimated spline for a given size decile is not equal to the slope of the separate least squares line for that decile.
