	Zelda Universe Forums - Deku Tree in tWW different to the sprout from OoT?
		Well, as much as I might believe that the Deku Sprout from OoT slowly grows to be the Great Deku Tree in tWW, I found something pretty interesting while browsing through the updated Wind Waker Quote FAQ over at Zelda Legends.
		It could be possible that the hollowed tree is the great deku tree's husk, but the sprout in ww was huge, most likely a little bigger than the old deku tree.
		Link reminding him of old times doesn't mean it was the deku sprout, any deku tree that saw the kokiri in their child-like state instead of the koroks would think of old times when looking at those clothes.
