DELAWARE CITY — Town officials will extend lighting and brick sidewalks to the end of Clinton Street and around the traffic circle with one of three grants from the Delaware Division of Parks and Recreation.
A $60,750 Battery Park planning grant will be used to explore possibilities for the park, as well as where to put lights and walkways, Morrill said.
