Here, Delmon has a higher possible cieling because he combines 35 HR power,.300+ average, and 25 SBs capability, while Gordon will be a.300 hitter with 35-40 HR and 10 SBs but Gordon is much more polished in the same way that Bailey has a higher cieling but Hughes is more polished right now.
I think that Young's ceiling might be higher, but his attitude problems and lack of plate discipline would concern me. Gordon is the safer bet to be a star player while not losing too much projectability to Young.
