		The reason is primarily transportation – Delta does not provide school bus transportation, nor do we have children waiting on the side of streets and roads for school buses, which can be a very dangerous situation.

		The WVCA dissolved itself at its AGM in November 2002 after basically pressing its self destruct button with various ongoing differences with the powers that be at Delta FM.
