It is possible to reform its Constitution, and it is necessary, to be in conformity with its membership to the EU, and yet most importantly, to realise a State with its support from the citizenry as a whole.
But the settlers have a significant impact on the demographics of Cyprus and I believe it was hard for them to adapt to the Turkish Cypriot culture and it was hard for Turkish Cypriots to adapt to the settlers.
Also I am wondering, how did they accept to be used by the Turkish government to settle in Cyprus so as to create additional complexities to the solution.
