Plumed whistling-duck, Dendrocygna eytoni at Taronga zoo, Syndey [PH].
There are two whistling-duck (genus Dendrocygna, family Anatidae) species in Australia, both found in central Cape York Peninsula.
They are the plumed whistling-duck, Dendrocygna eytoni (shown in the image accompanying images) and the wandering whistling-duck, Dendrocygna arcuata.
