I love Denise Austin, she's the only fitness instructor that I like listening to and watching.
Denise can be inspiring at times but on this video she was mostly annoying with her, "yes, punch it, yes, come on, yes, that's it".
Not only did I find the music and Denise's cuing seriously lacking, but her kickboxing knowledge and abilities leave much to be desired.

Extra Equipment - Denise uses a 5 ft. Dyna Band for some exercises, you could also use dumbbells or do the exercises without any extra equipment and still get a great workout.
However, if you are an absolute beginner at Pilates, I would recommend getting your feet wet with tapes like Jennifer Kries' 3-D Toning or Precision Pilates before graduating to this workout.
Denise's style is a little chatty for my taste.
